The term “SPIN Selling” comes from Neil Rackham’s “SPIN Selling” book. If you read it all your SPIN Selling questions will be answered (but our video and article are perfect if you only have a bit of time) You may already be using an example of SPIN Selling and not even know it, so what is SPIN Selling? Well, this is the SPIN Selling acronym:
- Situation
- Problem
- Implication
- Need payoff
It is a framework to ask prospects SPIN Selling questions to understand these four points from their perspective.
